Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day tasks including media monitoring, reporting, and coordinating gifting and shipping.
Maintain and update media and influencer databases.
Conduct ongoing research, including competitive insights and trend reporting.
Assist with event support, helping execute memorable beauty events and activations.
Draft written materials such as pitches, weekly reports, and social media content.

Requirements

A genuine passion for the beauty industry, with a strong knowledge of trends, influencer marketing, and social media.
Prior experience at a beauty PR agency, with a strong focus on beauty a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and creative with a knack for problem-solving.
Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Ability to support in-person events and meetings in New York City.
