Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
• Coordinate content creation for social media, website, dealership promotions, blog entries, and company newsletters
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, vendor dashboards)
• Help maintain the dealership’s website with updated promotions, inventory highlights, and news
• Support the coordination and promotion of dealership events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and local organizations to support events and advertising efforts
• Design marketing materials using tools like Canva or Poster My Wall
• Track marketing expenses and assist in budget reporting
• Collaborate with sales, service, and BDC teams to align messaging and highlight current offers
• Assist with CRM tasks, including lead source maintenance and campaign deployment

Requirements

• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management
• Basic understanding of website content management and digital marketing
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with marketing manager

Preferred

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, but no required
• 1-3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred
• Relevant internship, coursework, or hands-on experience may be considered in place of professional experience
• Experience supporting multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, websites, and digital campaigns preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media insights, or other reporting tools is a plus
