We're a B2B marketing firm working with MSPs, IT services, and B2B SaaS companies. We use AI across our content and campaign production. We're hiring a marketing associate to grow with us.

## The opportunity

This isn't a "write blog posts all day" role. You'll learn how B2B marketing actually works content strategy, campaign architecture, paid media, executive voice, conversion optimization while operating AI tools as your primary execution layer. We move fast, ship a lot, and teach by doing.

## What you'll do

- Operate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to produce content for client campaigns

- Build and maintain prompt libraries and voice profiles per client

- Edit AI output for quality, accuracy, and voice

- Schedule content in social media management tools

- Support webinar production, email campaigns, and LinkedIn programs

- Pull weekly performance data and build reporting in Looker Studio

- Sit in on client calls and learn how senior marketers think

## What we're looking for

- 0-3 years experience in marketing, content, or related work (internships count)

- Daily power user of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

- Strong writing instincts, can spot the difference between good and generic

- Self-directed, organized, follows through without hand-holding

- US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
