Andrews Cadillac is seeking an experienced Warranty Claim Processor to join our Mt. Juliet team. This position focuses primarily on warranty claim processing, with service dispatching responsibilities as needed. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Training & Career Development Paid Holidays Employee Discounts on Products & Services Work/Life Balance Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonus opportunity Responsibilities Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Maintain service records in compliance with company and factory standards Verify factory and distributor claim requirements Reconcile warranty receivables and promptly resubmit rejected claims Follow up on outstanding warranty payments Arrange, ship, and track warranty parts returns Stay current on factory recalls, bulletins, and updates Open and close repair orders Ensure repair orders are properly documented, including corrections and labor times Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy before closing Assist with service dispatching duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age GM warranty experience required Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Valid Driver’s License required (Service dispatching training provided for qualified candidates.)
