Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Our growing shop is looking for a dedicated Automotive Manager to lead our team to success! ASE certification is an advantage but not a requirement—your skills and experience matter most.

Previous experience as a manager or an automotive shop is a must.

Duties

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and maintain average ticket per vehicle to align with industry standards.
• Conduct interviews and training sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet company standards.
• Utilize POS systems effectively to streamline transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee state inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Use your repair expertise to guide the team and advise customers on vehicle needs
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.

Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail marketing practices is advantageous.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
