We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Paid Training & Career Development Company Events Paid Holidays Employee Discounts on Products & Services Work/Life Balance Salary + Commission Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish and monitor follow-up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide frequent updates to customers Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the repair order Clearly explain all completed vehicle maintenance and charges to customers Work collaboratively with Technicians and Valet Drivers to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery Ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience Qualifications Experience with Reynolds Ignite preferred Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role Must present strong computer skills Must have the ability to learn new systems Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
