Responsibilities
- Develop structured outlines prior to drafting
- Write comprehensive city landing pages optimized for keywords: Living In and Moving To
- Produce “Best Neighborhoods” overview articles
- Write individual deep-dive neighborhood profiles
- Create evergreen “must-do” bucket list content
- Conduct traditional and AI-assisted research
- Cross-reference local publications, reviews, and established sources
- Fact-check all data thoroughly
- Identify enduring attractions vs. temporary trends
- Ensure content depth supports strong engagement time
Requirements
- Strong background in structured/outline-driven writing
- Experience in destination, travel, relocation, or lifestyle content
- SEO strategy and search intent expertise
- Strong research and fact-checking methodology
- Ability to distinguish evergreen institutions from short-term trends
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools (hybrid workflow acceptable)
- Ability to write with minimal editorial oversight
- Experience writing high-engagement long-form content
Preferred
- Preferred: Experience developing content funnels, familiarity with real estate or relocation-related content ecosystems, and experience incorporating quoted sources/interviews
