Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in the development of high-quality executive presentations, leadership communications and strategic visual storytelling.
• Lead presentation design strategy and execution, owning projects from initial narrative and concept through final delivery.
• Partner with account, communications and client teams to shape the story, translating business priorities, complex ideas and data into clear, persuasive communications.
• Understand the client’s business objectives and broader business climate to develop communications that support brand, sales and retail priorities.
• Create and support communications across multiple formats, including executive decks, dealer presentations, video, broadcast and other leadership-facing content.
• Support video content from concept and script development through production and edit, providing creative input and helping ensure the final product delivers against the intended story.
• Support live and virtual leadership broadcasts and dealer communications, including presentation development, show flow, visual assets and production coordination.
• Serve as a hands-on creative partner who can move fluidly between shaping the narrative and executing polished final materials.
• Foster a collaborative environment with the content team, sharing knowledge and working together to develop polished, persuasive and visually compelling content.
• Facilitate clear communication and confidently present creative concepts, design rationale and storytelling approaches to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional design experience, ideally within an agency, in-house communications team or other fast-paced creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools used to create, refine and elevate presentation and communications materials.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, content design systems and best practices for executive and client-facing communications.
• Demonstrated ability to take complex or sometimes incomplete business inputs and help develop a clear, compelling narrative.
• Experience supporting video and/or broadcast content, with the ability to effectively partner with editors, producers and production resources.
• Awareness of industry trends, presentation design best practices, emerging technologies and evolving creative tools.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and senior leaders, with the confidence to assertively and tactfully manage challenging feedback and fast-turn requests.
• Collaborative, responsive and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Robust portfolio showcasing exceptional presentation design, layout and visual storytelling skills; experience with video, motion or multimedia storytelling is strongly preferred.
