Our Culture (Read This Before Applying)
RebuttalPR is built for people who care deeply about justice, take ownership of their work, and believe great outcomes come from collaboration, compassion, and preparation.
What that looks like in practice:
- We take our clients’ missions seriously and show up with empathy and professionalism
- We assume positive intent, give direct feedback, and help each other succeed
- We value smart, efficient work — not ego or hierarchy
- We expect accountability, follow-through, and attention to detail
- We move fast, learn constantly, and own our mistakes
We are a remote-first team, which means:
- Clear communication and reliability matter more than face time
- You’re trusted to manage your time — and expected to deliver
- We support flexibility, but we don’t disappear on each other
- Collaboration is intentional, not accidental
This is a place for people who want to grow quickly, do meaningful work, and be part of a team that takes both impact and integrity seriously. If you’re looking for a slower or highly predictable role, this may not be the right fit.
