Job Description
Responsibilities
- - Help plan and execute messaging and notification experiments that improve how members discover and engage with the platform.
- - Write, test, and iterate on subject lines, copy, and creative to improve engagement and drive measurable results.
- - Partner with product and engineering teams to support the rollout of new features from planning through launch.
- - Analyze experiment results and member feedback, and translate findings into clear recommendations for future iterations and features.
- - Support the development of messaging strategies tailored to different member segments and geographies.
- - Help maintain reporting and documentation to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
- - Collaborate with legal, design, and localization partners to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for different audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or a related role
Preferred
- Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure results
- Strong writing skills with an eye for clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to interpret results and identify trends
- Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across teams and disciplines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about what drives member behavior
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
