Requirements

• 6–10 years in account management or client services, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships at a strategic level — not just managing deliverables, but shaping the client’s thinking.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing — strategy, pricing, creator selection, content review, and measurement.
• Comfortable leading client meetings, QBRs, and post-analysis presentations; able to hold the room and manage difficult conversations.
• Strong project management instincts — can run multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping threads.
• Collaborative, organized, and proactive; a credible escalation point for the team below them.
