Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Development: Draft high-quality, strategic written materials, including press releases, op-eds, messaging frameworks, executive briefing documents, and social media copy.
Media Relations & Strategy: Proactively monitor the media landscape, build and maintain targeted media lists, draft compelling pitches, and conduct outreach to reporters across business, policy, and trade publications.
Event Planning & Activations: Support the logistics, vendor coordination, and execution of events and brand experiences, ensuring every physical detail aligns with the broader campaign strategy.
Strategic Ideation: Actively participate in team brainstorms, bringing fresh, culturally resonant ideas to the table to advance client priorities.
Client Experience & Account Support: Support account management by coordinating team and client meetings, developing status reports, and helping to manage and track deadlines.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in communications or public relations.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate corporate priorities into clear, compelling narratives for broad audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred

Experience with media databases and social tracking tools is a plus.
