Job Summary

Own brand storytelling and global strategy with a product/consumer-insight lens, turning research into sell-in stories for regional marketing, sales and retail while shaping go-to-market product strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop your expertise in global brand strategy, product innovation and storytelling – accelerating your trajectory toward brand leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands and financial key metrics.
  • Evolve consumer research into clear and concise, insights based, sell in stories to hand off to regional marketing partners, sales and retail.
  • Assist in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, support asset development in partnership with commercial marketing team by providing item details and collaborating on messaging of unique selling features.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in consumer goods marketing, or a related field, with a track record of leadership and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience with global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback
  • Strategic and consumer-obsessed: You anticipate trends, understand what makes players tick, and turn insights into winning strategies
  • Analytical and creative: You’re as comfortable building a business case as you are brainstorming the next big game idea
