Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Analyst Relations!

The Analyst Relations Assistant Vice President plays a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships between our organization and industry analysts. This position involves strategizing and executing analyst relations programs, ensuring effective communication between our company and industry influencers, and leveraging analyst insights to drive marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our industry, exceptional communication skills, people management experience and the ability to analyse and interpret market research and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify key industry analysts, research firms, and influencers relevant to our industry and products/services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, engaging them regularly to understand market dynamics and share company updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and strategic communication with analysts and assist in helping to understand the importance of analyst relations.
  • Monitor and analyse industry analyst reports, publications, and commentary to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on analyst feedback and market analysis.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling messaging and collateral that resonate with industry analysts.
  • Prepare and facilitate analyst briefings, presentations, and interv
  • iews.Plan and coordinate analyst-focused events, including briefings, roundtable discussions, and advisory board meetings.
  • Manage logistics and communications for analyst-related activities at industry conferences and events.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analyst relations programs.
  • Prepare regular reports on analyst engagement and the impact on marketing efforts

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

  • Years of analyst relations experience with strong understanding of industry analyst firms, research methodologies, and their impact on businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using industry analyst relationship management tools is a plus.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in analyst relations, marketing, or a related role within the technology or relevant industry.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
