Cross-Unit Partnerships: Align with Advancement leadership and University Relations to support priorities and brand standards.
Multi-Channel Deliverables: Lead high-impact, multi-channel deliverables including case statements, donor communications, events, and digital campaigns.
Operations & Governance: Oversee annual work plans, priorities, budgets, workflow, and quality assurance across communications.
Data-Driven Practices: Apply audience segmentation, analytics, market research, and feedback loops to optimize performance.
Tech & Automation: Oversee marketing automation, journey building, campaign automation, and integrations with CRM, web, email, and analytics.
Content & Storytelling: Guide gift announcements, fundraising storytelling, alumni engagement content, and campaign-aligned messaging.
People & Growth: Lead a team of marketing, writing, and creative professionals and establish performance expectations and development plans.
