Oversee daily operations of a fitness facility, including front desk, maintenance, and class scheduling, while leading staff performance and engagement. Drive member satisfaction, cleanliness, safety, and health compliance, and support marketing and retention initiatives. Manage inventory and act as Operations Manager contact in their absence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations, including front desk, maintenance, and class schedules
Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor member satisfaction and respond to concerns or inquiries
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Help implement marketing and member retention strategies
Oversee inventory and supplies for smooth facility functioning
Act as point-of-contact in absence of the Operations Manager

Requirements

Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or customer service role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
LG/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for fitness and wellness
