Responsibilities

• Advertising: Post ads on Facebook Market Place, Craigslist. Apartments.com: Help Manage the site, Update Specials and post open houses.
• Property Inquiries: Answer Prospect daily emails and phone calls for all properties that come into the office from Web rentals and Apts.com.
• Prospect Applications: Help manage incoming applications for properties that have part-time Resident Managers.
• Reports: Update Weekly Report for distribution and update Yardi (Voyager) with that information – Mainly Rents and Reno Information.

Requirements

• Should have excellent social and motivational skills.
• Excellent telephone skills - Ability to communicate effectively, and deal with difficult people.
• A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a stressful environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Computer literacy is required for the position: Proficient in: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Yardi (Voyager)
• Site Manager (Rent Cafe)
• Bilingual
