Responsibilities

• Help coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Assist with programs focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth
• Organize and support promotional events, product launches, trade shows, community programs, and brand experiences
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, promotional materials, resources, and onsite activities
• Partner with sales, marketing, creative, and communications teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging
• Review campaign and event results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign metrics, and performance data
• Help develop presentations, promotional resources, campaign materials, and event communications
• Support digital marketing, social media promotions, and in-person marketing initiatives
• Research and recommend new ideas for campaigns, events, promotions, and customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related area
• 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, promotions, events, brand development, customer engagement, or a comparable field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments and working in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software, marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, reporting systems, and event management tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
