Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Help manage daily campaign activities and performance goals
• Build relationships with nonprofit partners, clients, and community members
• Train and support entry-level team members
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with events, promotional activities, and community engagement
• Work with leadership to improve campaign performance
• Participate in leadership and management training
