Ready to level up your leadership? We're hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager to help run our Providence shop. You'll support the Shop Manager, lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
What You'll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Coach and motivate team members
- Oversee cash handling, inventory & food safety
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Help with scheduling, training, and shop standards
- Manage and fulfill delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats) with speed and accuracy
- Leadership experience (restaurant/retail preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Open availability (weekends & nights required)
- Positive, team-first attitude
