Responsibilities

• Job Duty 1 - Manage transfer admission process and recruitment activities to include file review and communication with prospective students. Evaluate, advise and recommend prospects based on established Institute admission standards.
• Job Duty 2 - Implement and manage campus visit programs for prospective students which include but not limited to: Connect with Tech, Preview, Destination Tech and Gold Carpet Day. Oversee tour guides and group tour coordination as well student program advisory boards and councils.
• Job Duty 3 - Develop and recommend plans regarding recruitment efforts.
• Job Duty 4 - Supervise, hire, and train professional and/or seasonal staff.
• Job Duty 5 - Assist Director/Associate Director with professional functions.
• Job Duty 6 - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Other Required Qualifications
• Experience in student development/higher education; Admissions, including consistent participation in state and regional professional organizations; some blogging experience; excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to work well under deadlines; presentation skills; some marketing techniques
• Required Experience
• Three to five years job related experience
