Job Description

Drive tech PR programs and integrated communications across geographies, prioritizing earned media.

  • Own day-to-day execution of integrated communications programs for technology clients, with a strong emphasis on earned media
  • Draft and refine media materials including pitches, press releases, briefing documents, message frameworks, and executive thought leadership content
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists across consumer, tech, business, emerging and vertical outlets; confidently engage with reporters and editors
  • Track coverage, analyze results, and translate performance into clear client-ready reporting and insights
  • Manage timelines, trackers, and deliverables with precision—flagging risks and ensuring flawless execution

Responsibilities

  • Stay current on technology trends, product innovation, and the evolving media landscape to inform proactive pitching and storytelling
  • Collaborate across account teams, practices, and geographies to support launches, announcements, speaking & awards and wider thought leadership communications programs (earned & paid)

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting media relations programs, ideally for technology or innovation‑driven brands
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and outlets
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Curiosity about technology, media, and culture—and a desire to keep learning and growing
