Responsibilities

• Set up engaging product displays and conduct compelling product demonstrations to attract attention and inform attendees about brand offerings
• Interact confidently with event visitors, providing excellent in-person customer service and answering questions about products and services
• Collect valuable data from prospects through surveys or sign-up sheets to support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing efforts
• Promote products actively across social media platforms by sharing live updates, photos, and engaging content to boost event visibility
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through personalized communication, fostering trust and brand loyalty
• Manage sales conversations, handle objections professionally, and close opportunities to increase product adoption
• Represent the brand professionally at all times, embodying its values through effective public speaking and branding techniques

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service
• Strong data collection skills with attention to detail for capturing accurate information during events
