Job Description
Ignite Music Marketing is a label services company that helps develop and grow music artists.
Responsibilities
Research upcoming artists to sign to Ignite
Reach out to upcoming artists via email or social media
Go to shows to meet artists in person
Track and analyze data on artists
Post on company social media accounts
Qualifications
Good music taste
Good at finding underrated artists early
Music industry knowledge / experience
Proactive / go-getter
Good at communicating
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Comfortable starting conversations with artists in person after shows
Experience running social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Familiarity with Twitter, Threads, Reddit
Compenation
$17 / hour
+ bonuses for signing artists
Time Commitment
Approximately 20 hours / week
