What You'll Do
- Call warm, pre-qualified prospects and confirm interest using a proven script
- Schedule appointments for our field representatives
- Log accurate call notes and appointment details in our system
- Keep a friendly, professional, reassuring tone on every call
- Work toward daily call and appointment targets with ongoing coaching support
What You Need
- At least 1 year of phone, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience
- Clear, confident verbal communication
- Reliable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable in an on-site team setting
