Responsibilities

• Actively promote and increase awareness of Andras Hotel Group.
• Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies, including website management, corporate brand marketing, and social media activity.
• Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications specific to the hotel industry and target markets.
• Manage and ensure consistency with brand standards, adhering to corporate standards in all collateral and advertising materials.
• Ensure maximum exposure is achieved for all hotel activities, functions, and promotional programmes.
• Create and manage online content to raise brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.
• Maintain the accuracy and relevance of content on andrashouse.co.uk.
• Ensure the marketing team develops marketing activities and produces promotional materials including digital/online campaigns, website content, print marketing, fact sheets, and social media content in line with the overall marketing plan.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to support hotel objectives and revenue growth.
• Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• - BA/BSc in a marketing or business qualification
• - 3+ years’ experience in marketing or business development-related role
• - Competency in digital marketing
• - Proven success of building strategic campaigns and solving business queries
• - Ability to multi-task in demanding/fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills
• - Motivated self-starter with optimistic outlook
• - Proficiency in a range of marketing applications

Preferred

• Experience of Marketing within the hospitality industry
• Experience of managing a team
