Responsibilities

• Help develop culturally-driven creative concepts across social, activations, experiences, and online video
• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and producers to shape ideas from concept through execution
• Use various gen AI tools to prompt, prototype, visualize, and evolve ideas quickly
• Contribute to scripts, social content, and campaign thinking—not just execute, but actively shape the work
• Bring a strong POV on culture, humor, and storytelling that connects with real people

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• One to three years at an agency
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Have written copy for national marketing/ad campaigns
• Working knowledge of various AI tools for copywriting and content creation
• Expertise in presentation building
