Responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Cowork to create and manage business workflows
• Create professional social media content, advertisements, emails, graphics, and marketing campaigns
• Help manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other online platforms
• Assist with website updates, booking systems, online merchandise, and customer information
• Organize emails, documents, schedules, estimates, invoices, customer follow-ups, and office records
• Turn the owner’s voice notes, rough ideas, photos, and videos into polished finished work
• Maintain consistent, professional branding across both businesses
• Research new AI tools and identify practical ways to save time, improve organization, and generate business
• Proofread and verify all AI-generated work before it is published or delivered
• Keep projects organized and complete assignments without constant supervision

Requirements

• Highly proficient with ChatGPT and Claude—not merely familiar with basic prompting
• Comfortable using or learning Claude Cowork and other developing AI tools
• Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or administrative work
• Able to work independently from home and manage multiple ongoing projects
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Understands that AI is a tool and knows how to verify its work for accuracy and quality
• Learns unfamiliar software quickly and solves problems independently
• Lives within reasonable driving distance of Seeley Lake and can attend periodic in-person meetings

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Shopify, Square, Printful, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, website management, or bookkeeping software is a major plus.
