Responsibilities

• The AI Content Production Manager will manage the complete content pipeline from original video to published multilingual content.
• Translating and localizing existing RamGrows/QISA videos into as many as 10 languages;
• Creating and maintaining several consistent AI presenters or brand ambassadors;
• Producing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other channels;
• Creating captions, hooks, subtitles, thumbnails, calls to action and platform-specific variations;
• Developing automated workflows for transcription, translation, voice generation, avatar generation, editing, rendering, storage and scheduling;
• Maintaining consistent branding across all QISA content;
• Tracking which languages, presenters, topics, hooks and platforms generate the strongest customer response;
• Organize language-quality review.
• The Content Manager should know how to work efficiently with native-language reviewers when necessary.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has strong experience in AI-generated video, short-form social media, content automation, video editing and digital marketing.
• Strong English communication is required.
• Multilingual ability is highly desirable, particularly Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Uzbek, Tajik, Urdu or other immigrant-community languages, but the candidate does not need to personally speak every language used by QISA.
• Experience with fintech, tax, accounting, immigration-community marketing or other regulated financial content is a significant advantage.
• The candidate should be highly organized, comfortable handling large production volumes, capable of working independently and able to establish documented workflows that other team members can follow.
• The ideal candidate should already have practical experience with several tools in the modern AI-video ecosystem.

Preferred

• Preferred experience includes HeyGen or Synthesia for avatars and multilingual video, ElevenLabs or comparable AI voice technology, CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, Runway and other generative-video tools, ChatGPT or comparable LLM tools for scripting and localization, Canva or Adobe tools for visual assets, social-media scheduling platforms, and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar workflow systems.
• Experience with Veo, Kling, Pika, Captions, Descript, Midjourney, image-generation systems, APIs, Google Drive/Dropbox automation, Airtable/Notion content databases or social-media analytics tools is a major advantage.
• Multilingual ability is highly desirable, particularly Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Uzbek, Tajik, Urdu or other immigrant-community languages
