Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and growth across all channels
• Create high-quality content including video production, photography, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising materials
• Hands-on camera work and on-site/field content capture
• Support label design, product branding, and logo development

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s graduate (or graudating within 6 month) in Ag Marketing, Agricultural Communications, or related field
• Proven experience creating social media content
• Strong camera and videography skills (filming, framing, lighting)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Excellent video editing and visual storytelling abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment

Preferred

• Solid understanding of commercial agriculture customers (preferred)
• Internship or project experience in ag/fertilizer marketing (preferred)
