About Nova Research Group
Nova Research Group is a research supply partner to labs and research organizations. We supply research-grade compounds, and every batch is tested in-house and by an independent third-party lab, then backed by a Certificate of Analysis. We're an established, growing company, and we want the people who help us grow to grow with us.
About the role
You'll own every company-side affiliate relationship at Nova. Leads come to you from our outreach specialist, our Affiliate Coaches, and direct applications. You screen them, schedule calls, onboard the right partners, and stay their point of contact from then on. It's a hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships and runs a tight operation.
What you'll do
• Screen every new lead and application quickly, and schedule calls with the creators who fit.
• Run calls that explain Nova and the program, and bring the right partners on board.
• Onboard each new partner: the affiliate agreement, account setup, codes and commission, and our research-use-only content standards.
• Be the company-side point of contact for every affiliate, including those referred by our Affiliate Coaches.
• Record referral attribution accurately, and work alongside our Coaches as they help their recruits create content and sell.
• Re-engage affiliates who signed up but haven't posted yet, and help them reach their first sale.
• Design incentive programs, such as commission bumps, sales bonuses, and contests, for leadership approval, and track the revenue they drive.
• Give the outreach specialist regular written feedback on which leads convert and which fit best, so targeting sharpens over time.
• Resolve code and account issues, and see care packages and monthly payouts through to completion.
• Track performance and relationship health, and reach out early when a partner's momentum slows.
• Review partner content so Nova is represented accurately, with no dosing claims, human-use statements, or health promises, and in line with platform rules and FTC disclosure guidelines.
• Bring custom terms and major opportunities to leadership with a clear recommendation.
• Keep the roster, attribution, and open items accurate as the program grows.
• Send a weekly program pulse covering relationships, performance, pipeline, and operations.
• Help build the program's next tools, including an affiliate dashboard and a standard onboarding checklist.
• Handle offboarding professionally when a partnership has run its course.
Your first 60 days
• Contact every affiliate on the roster and log notes on each relationship.
• Help a measurable share of dormant affiliates make their first sale.
• Grow affiliate sales by more than 20% over the baseline when you start.
• Launch at least two incentive programs with tracked results.
• Deliver consistent written feedback to outreach every week.
You'll thrive here if
• Several hours of calls a day energize you.
• You follow up with persistence and remember the details about each creator.
• You dig into the numbers when sales dip and figure out why.
• You write short messages that get replies.
What you'll bring
• Confidence on calls and a talent for building lasting relationships.
• Strong operational habits: accurate records, clean handoffs, and loops that get closed.
• Working knowledge of creator dynamics on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Telegram.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and program metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and commission.
• Content instincts that help partners see what works.
• Clear, direct communication, including holding partners to program standards.
Nice to have
• Experience managing affiliate, influencer, or creator programs.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as GoAffPro, UpPromote, Refersion, or Impact, plus WooCommerce or a similar store platform.
• Experience in a regulated or restricted product category.
• Working knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines.
• Experience with payout or payroll tools such as Gusto.
Pay and employment type
$50,000–$60,000 base salary plus commission on the sales your affiliates generate. Commission makes up most of total earnings, with earning potential of $300,000 or more a year when your affiliates perform well. Full-time after a 60-day probationary period. Available during US business hours.
Who you'll report to
Our CEO.
