Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional client support.
• Help clients understand and maximize the performance of their affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
• Track client activity and performance using our CRM and reporting tools.
