Responsibilities

Affiliate Sourcing and Enablement
- Discover, recruit, and onboard high-impact TikTok Shop affiliates
- Distribute 1,500+ product samples each quarter to inspire authentic content creation
- Identify and showcase hero products to maximize engagement and sales
- Craft creative briefs that guide affiliates toward standout content
- Design and manage affiliate commission structures to drive top-tier performance
Campaign Strategy, Management and Execution
- Identify high-GMV, engaged affiliates and nurture ongoing relationships
- Develop and manage a comprehensive sampling strategy
- Plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns and contests

Requirements

Required: Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
Required: Exceptional ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns at once
Required: Direct experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
Highly organized, dependable, and very detail-oriented
Independent, self-sufficient, and a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
Demonstrates initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced start-up environments
