*The Role*

We are looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time TikTok Affiliate & Ambassador Coordinator to help us build and manage our creator network on TikTok Shop. This is a remote, flexible role with real earning potential and a clear path to full-time.

*What You'll Do*

In the first 3 months:

- Research and identify micro-influencers on TikTok in home fragrance, luxury lifestyle, and self-care niches

- Reach out to creators and manage the onboarding process into our TikTok Shop affiliate program

- Send product samples and coordinate follow-up

- Track affiliate performance using our internal dashboard

- Report weekly results to the founder

From month 4 onwards:

- Transition into managing our Ambassador Program

- Build deeper long-term relationships with top-performing creators

- Support ambassador content strategy and activations

*What We're Looking For*

- Fluent English — written communication is a big part of this role

- Active TikTok user who understands how the platform and algorithm work

- Highly organized — you will manage hundreds of contacts simultaneously

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Experience in influencer outreach, social media, or e-commerce is a plus — but not required

- Available 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule

*Compensation*

- $20/hour — 20 hours per week

- 2% commission on all affiliate sales you manage

- Earning potential grows directly with the results you drive

- Path to full-time after 3–6 months based on performance
