Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition by executing the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs.
• Monitor program performance to ensure continuous optimization and profitable sales growth.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase affiliate sales and revenue.
• Oversee all affiliate recruitment, optimization, compliance, communication.
• Manage affiliate promotions, competitive landscape, forecasts and client budgets.
• Negotiate placements, manage reporting, communicate program performance & recommend improvements.
• Analyze affiliate data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Ensure affiliates adhere to policies and monitor for fraudulent activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (brand, network, agency) managing multiple affiliate programs.
• Experience working with Affiliate Networks (Rakuten, Impact, Commission Junction).
• Strong communication, relationship-building and social skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to work in a face paced environment and can multitask.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to travel if required.
• French would be an asset.
