Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report an all marketing activity and results
• Manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Develop pricing strategy
• Maintain price sheets and marketing packets for new residents.
• Liaison with media and advertising

Requirements

• Compassion/skills to help people focus on the living at New Friends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing skills for healthcare/assisted living.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant industry knowledge.
• Must have a desire to work in the health care field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to work as part of a management team.
