Job Description
Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary public point of contact by screening incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries for program eligibility, efficiently routing clients to internal team members or connecting them with appropriate community resources.
- Design, launch, and optimize targeted digital marketing campaigns and online fundraising initiatives to increase donor engagement and broaden community support.
- Create, schedule, and maintain social media messaging and platform content in alignment with guidance from cross-departmental leadership, the safety-net Collaborative, and external marketing partners to reach more unsured neighbors in need.
- Maintain consistency across all public-facing channels, including managing website updates, supporting digital tools, and maintaining an accurate inventory of physical collateral materials.
- Develop and maintain standardized branding tools, slide decks, and presentation templates to support leadership and team members in external meetings and stakeholder presentations.
- Provide core support for JaxCareConnect’s technology ecosystem—including Salesforce CRM, Jotform, website platforms, referral tools, and SMS patient communication systems—to ensure seamless data integration and accurate recordkeeping.
- Extract, analyze, and compile data reports from online platforms to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for donors, board members, and community stakeholders.
