Responsibilities

• Marketing Support
• - Assist with setting up and building Meta ad campaigns
• - Help monitor Google, Meta, and Bing ad accounts with daily checks and simple updates
• - Dig into campaign and lead data to help figure out what's working and what isn't
• - Learn and assist with our weekly EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) program, including order prep, routing, and post office coordination
• - Create ad creative asset for lead gen and recruiting campaigns
• - Help build and update landing pages
• - Help with weekly recaps, and monthly reports
• - Assist with basic SEO, social media, and blog posting
• Administrative Coordination

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, admin, or a related role (internships count)
• An analytical mindset and comfort working in spreadsheets
• Clear, professional written communication, especially over email
• Strong organization and follow-through on recurring weekly tasks
• A genuine willingness to learn and take feedback

Preferred

• Canva experience
• Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics
• Marketing, communications, or business coursework or certifications (Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are free)
• Agency or in-house digital marketing experience
