Adaptive Insights & Workday Financials Strategist We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Adaptive Insights & Workday Financials Strategist to join our Finance Systems team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our Adaptive Insights planning environment while also contributing to the configuration and support of Workday Financials. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (modeling, reporting, integrations) and working knowledge of Workday Financials. A strong problem-solving mindset, customer-service orientation, and a desire to continuously improve financial systems is essential. What You Will Do Create, maintain, and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning sheets. Develop and maintain models, drivers, assumptions, and reporting structures. Build and support integrations with Workday Financials and Workday HCM. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Finance and business users. Provide support for Workday modules: GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. Create and maintain Workday integrations including EIB, RaaS, and calculated fields. Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of Adaptive Insights experience. 1–3 years of Workday Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, FA preferred). Experience managing integrations between planning tools and ERP systems. Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, RaaS, Studio, Prism) preferred Exposure to Workday HCM concepts preferred Compensation Details The salary range for this position is $120,000 -$135,000 annually plus bonus About SMB ServiceMaster® Brandsis a leading provider of residential and commercial services in restoration, cleaning, moving, and bioremediation.
