📍 Location: Miami, FL 🏢 Office-Based Role (In-Person Only) 🏙️ Company: Haute Living Media Group & Sister Companies Haute Living Media Group—the authority in luxury lifestyle media—along with its portfolio of premium sister companies across media, real estate, private aviation, insurance, events, and luxury services, is seeking a full-time In-House Accountant to join our Miami headquarters. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across multiple entities and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies Handle AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and expense management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Support budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial forecasting Coordinate with external CPAs on tax filings and compliance Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP principles Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion Experience in media, real estate, or professional services is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunity within a dynamic luxury business ecosystem Direct exposure to senior leadership and high-profile brands Professional, fast-moving, and collaborative office environment Long-term role with expanding responsibilities as the company grows
