Own PR program execution and client service for healthcare communications, turning guidance into actionable plans, updates, and materials while coordinating with partners, managers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and outcomes.

Campaign Execution: Build and adapt PR plans and materials, including messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios, and releases with input from Green Room partners.
Client Services & Coordination: Provide on-site support and frequent client interactions to keep priorities aligned and communications seamless.
Progress & Analysis: Deliver updates, track objectives, and support PR plan development with clear reporting and insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases
Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently
Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members
Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics

Requirements

5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary
Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial
Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
A high level of initiative and leadership
Solution-oriented problem-solving approach to challenges
Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Attention to detail and dedication to quality
Appreciation and understanding of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of Green Room PR, including superior client service 24/7 during and outside of regular office hours, as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
