Role Description We're looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team as the connective tissue between our clients and ourinternal team. You'll own day-to-day client relationships, keep projects moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own day-to-day client relationships, lead communication, oversee project timelines, and identify opportunities for clients’ business growth. This role is built for someone who's organized, a strong communicator, and hungry to grow. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of food & beverage CPG clients Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams including paid media, design, and research to keep projects aligned and on schedule Lead client onboarding, status calls, and regular check-ins Write clear, professional client-facing communications — recaps, updates, follow-ups Proactively identify issues before they become problems and bring solutions to the table Keep campaigns and projects organized and on track using our internal platform Support reporting and performance review preparation Build strong client relationships that drive retention and trust What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in an account management, project management, or client services role —agency experience preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Comfortable learning new tools quickly — we use a proprietary internal platform for project and campaign management A genuine interest in paid media and/or the food & beverage space Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do next Ability to thrive in a remote environment and stay proactive without in-person oversight Bonus Points Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, or DTC brands Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, Streaming TV, Pinterest, TikTok) Background at a boutique or independent agency What We Offer Salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience Fully remote position Health/vision/dental insurance- 75% company covered Basic life insurance - 100% company covered 401k match to 4% Career growth opportunities as we scale A small, collaborative team where your work actually matters The chance to work with some of the most exciting brands in food & beverage Schaefer is an equal opportunity employer.
