Responsibilities
- Proactively manage project timelines, deadlines and workflow
- Responsible for management of field staff
- Ability to coordinate and work with venues, partner agencies and vendors a must
- Financial proficiency – budgeting, invoicing and tracking
- Update and participate in weekly status calls/reports with client and agency partners
- Monitor industry trends to support team/client with mission
- Contribute to development of client-facing deliverables
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in creating and managing experiences & live events
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Solid understanding and management of client/agency relationship
- Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects while troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strategic with vendors and partners as solutions
- Outstanding presentation, numerical, written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
Preferred
- You are willing to travel (and do whatever else you need to do to make it happen).
