ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 23 years as Vice President of a packaging, trucking, and warehousing company, bringing decades of leadership and business experience into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, have been married for more than 36 years, and am a proud parent of four. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and horseback riding.
Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support organizations including the Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, 18 paid days off each year, licensing reimbursement, no weekend work, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in working hard while making sure our team has time to enjoy life outside of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
