Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners across multiple industries
• Build prospect lists and assist with email outreach to secure introductory meetings
• Support the development of sponsorship presentations and sales materials
• Learn and participate in the sponsorship sales process alongside senior staff
• Assist with social media management, content creation, and email marketing
• Support digital advertising and campaign execution for youth sports programs
• Help maintain websites and digital platforms
• Contribute to content calendars and broader marketing strategy planning
