Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement & Frontline Representation
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner. Represent the Company and Client brand with professionalism at all times
- Lead Generation & Data Collection
- Assist in capturing visitor information (e.g., registration, surveys, QR scanning). Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data
- Product/Service Promotion
- Communicate key product features, services, or campaign messages to visitors
- Event Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with event staff, supervisors, and client representatives
- Follow event schedules, briefings, and assigned shifts strictly
- Professional Conduct
