Responsibilities

Host 4-8 long-form YouTube videos per month
Develop engaging YouTube topics and storylines
Be comfortable on camera and acting as the face of the channel
Work closely with the videographer/editor to: Structure the episodes / Ensure strong pacing and storytelling / Keep videos engaging for long watch times
Be present in person in Los Angeles (2400 Marine Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90278) for filming
Bring ideas for YouTube series and formats
Continuously test what works with the audience
Help shape the personality and voice of the channel

Comfortable speaking for 30+ minutes
