Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content using cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other production equipment
• Film content at client locations, project sites, company events, and networking events
• Edit short-form videos and other marketing content
• Create polished content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Organize and manage photo and video files after shoots
• Help prepare, assemble, and safely store production equipment
• Follow creative briefs and maintain consistent quality across content
• Create and organize content briefs
• Send emails and follow-up messages
• Confirm client appointments, meetings, consultations, and content shoots

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
• Experience using professional cameras for photo and video production
• Video-editing experience
• Experience using CapCut
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Responsible, dependable, and able to follow through on assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with prospective clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Milpitas through October and Union City beginning in November

Preferred

• At least one year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
