Responsibilities

creating clear technical documentation

Requirements

Ability to explain complexity in simple terms: You can describe zk-rollup using a lecture note analogy so even your grandmother would understand.
Sense of language and style: You write without jargon, fluff, and clichés, and can switch tone from a serious report to a cheeky tweet.
Understanding of the crypto audience: You know the difference between those who read CoinDesk and those hanging out in Telegram crypto chats, and you adapt content accordingly.
Research skills: Before writing about a new protocol, you dig deeper than Google and find primary sources, not just rehash someone else's posts.
Discipline and deadlines: You can write when inspiration is absent and deliver texts on time, even when the market is in turmoil.
