Job Summary

Own global Brand & Creative, aligning design, video, copy, and strategy to measurable business impact; drive cross-functional campaigns and compelling customer stories while piloting AI-driven creative workflows.

Brand leadership and people development: build a high-performing creative leadership bench and align on strategy
Campaign and storytelling ownership: partner with marketing, product, and sales to activate campaigns and customer case studies
Creative tech and measurement: lead AI-enabled processes and track creative effectiveness to inform decisions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the global Brand & Creative function across design, video, copy, and brand strategy
Build operational rigor, creative excellence, and measurable business impact
Partner cross-functionally to develop compelling campaigns, customer stories, and brand initiatives
Champion AI-enabled creative workflows and innovation
Mentor and develop a high-performing creative leadership team
Support global marketing efforts and coordinate with regional partners and agencies where appropriate.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading brand and creative teams in a high-growth technology environment
Proven ability to balance creativity with operational discipline and business strategy
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and integrated marketing
Data-driven leader with experience measuring creative effectiveness
Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve creative processes and output
Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities rather than waiting for assignments
